We research publicly advertised rental properties and gather available details for relevant options. The search is guided by your criteria and the listings available during the research period.
03 Limited factual property inquiries
Where permitted, we make limited factual inquiries for up to five selected properties. These may include questions about advertised availability, listed features, or details relevant to your stated needs. Responses depend on the landlord or listing contact.
04 Questions about viewing availability
We ask about viewing availability where permitted and include any information received in your report. Asking about availability does not guarantee a viewing or include attending one on your behalf.
05 A personalized PDF comparison report
Your report brings researched options, listing links, available property details, and inquiry responses together. Information that remains unavailable or unanswered is identified so you can see what may require further checking.

No. Find My Home provides research and administrative support. Rental placement, landlord responses, viewing availability, and application approval are not guaranteed.
Are you a rental listing platform?
Heart in Homes provides personalized research using publicly advertised listings. We organize relevant information around your needs rather than operating a rental listing marketplace.
Will you submit applications or negotiate for me?
Applications, lease negotiation, and representation are outside this research package. You decide which properties to pursue and handle those next steps directly.
What if landlords don't respond?
Your report includes the information available from researched listings and any responses received. Unanswered inquiries are identified. The package fee covers the research and administrative work rather than a guaranteed number of responses.
What if few properties fit my requirements?
The number of suitable options depends on your criteria and the listings available at the time. We explain any gaps found during the research rather than presenting unsuitable properties as matches.
When will I receive my report?
Contact us with your requirements and move-in timeline. A delivery timeframe will be agreed before the research begins.
When do I pay?
An invoice is issued after delivery. The introductory package price is $41.85 CAD, with a planned regular price of $65 CAD. Payment is for the research package and is not conditional on obtaining a rental.
Can listing details change after the report?
Yes. Rental availability, advertised prices, and property details can change. Your report reflects information available during the research process. Confirm current details directly before making decisions.
